Each glove has a small ON/OFF button at the wrist. Press it once to turn on, and press repeatedly to cycle through the 6 different flashing modes. Hold to turn off.

What batteries do they use and how long do they last?

Each glove uses 2 CR2016 coin cell batteries (pre-installed). They last approximately 20-30 hours of continuous use. Replacements are inexpensive and widely available.

Are these good for actual gloving performances?

Will they fit my hands?
